FAQ

Your box is hand packaged in our studio located in St. Augustine, Florida. Our custom, colorful and fun mailer boxes are filled with shred to protect your treasures. We guarantee the opening of the box will bring a smile to every face!

Each gift includes a personal message from you in the form of a hand written gift card. It will be the first thing they see when they open their box!

Buyers will receive email receipts at the time of purchase. We do not include receipts or packing slips in your gift. 

All orders received by 4 pm ET will be shipped out the next day.

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service. This cost is included in the cost of your gift box. We will need a street address for shipping. If an incorrect address is provided, it will be the responsibility of the sender to pay any additional fees in getting your gift to the right place. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is processed. Typical ground shipment times are 2-5 days. 

Senders may choose expedited shipping options for an additional fee at the time of check out.

Our included UPS Ground shipping is for domestic US only. Shipments to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping to these locations will also take longer. We are currently not shipping outside of the US. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gift. We do not accept returns. However, If there is a problem, please contact us at hello@sharingsunshine.com. We will work with you to make it right!

Orders that are shipped within the state of Florida will be charged sales tax. This amount will be added to your order at the time of check out. 

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Payments are securely processed via a third party processor on Shopify's platform.
